1️⃣ Send Us an Enquiry or Request a Quote

Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our website. Please share the following:

  • Dimensions & weight of your product
  • Estimated quantity
  • Packaging type (e.g., single or multi-unit blister)
  • Artwork for backing card (if available)
  • Delivery location

2️⃣ Packaging Concept & Artwork Submission

We’ll help confirm the right blister design based on your product. If you have a ready design for the printed card, send it in PDF or AI format. If not, we offer design and layout support at an additional charge.

📐 Our team will also help check the fit and presentation based on your physical product or 3D dimensions.

 

3️⃣ Mock-up & Sealing Sample (If Required)

We can provide a physical mock-up or sample upon request to verify shape, fit, and finish before mass production.

✅ Final confirmation is required before proceeding to sealing and printing.

 

4️⃣ Printing, Thermoforming & Heat Sealing

  • Backing cards are printed in full color and finished (laminated/UV if needed)
  • Transparent blister shells are thermoformed to match your product shape
  • Your products are placed and heat sealed for secure packaging 

⏱️ Lead time: Typically 5–10 working days depending on complexity and volume

 

5️⃣ Delivery or Collection

We deliver finished blister-packed products to your doorstep via nationwide courier. Alternatively, self-collection from our Penang facility can be arranged.
